UniLab has developed WorkQuest, a platform that serves as a marketplace for job offerings. On this platform, employers have the ability to describe and propose specific tasks, while employees can choose to accept and complete them.
One notable feature of the platform is the implementation of smart contracts, which facilitate all payment transactions. UniLab has also introduced their stablecoin, WUSD, as the primary currency for transactions within the marketplace.
In addition to the core platform, WorkQuest incorporates a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) to ensure transparency and community governance. To provide users with convenient access, UniLab has developed two mobile applications. The first app replicates the main platform, allowing users to browse and engage with job offerings.
